Walai.id, Jakarta – Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Pangan Polri telah mengumumkan langkah-langkah yang mereka ambil untuk menjaga stabilitas harga beras, salah satu bahan pokok penting di pasaran, Jumat 6/10/2023.
Kasatgas Pangan Polri, Brigjen Whisnu Hermawan, menjelaskan tindakan yang mereka lakukan dalam upaya menjaga harga beras tetap terkendali.
Whisnu mengatakan bahwa Satgas Pangan Polri melakukan pendampingan dan pengawasan terhadap proses distribusi program beras Stabilitas Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP). Mereka juga melakukan pengawasan untuk mencegah terjadinya penimbunan beras oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.
“Kami juga memantau gudang-gudang penyimpanan beras untuk mengantisipasi penimbunan oleh spekulan dan tindakan-tindakan lain yang dapat menghambat distribusi beras ke masyarakat,” ujar Whisnu, pada Kamis (5/10).
Whisnu juga memberikan informasi terkait stok indikatif Cadangan Beras Pemerintah (CBP) yang saat ini mencapai 1,7 juta ton berdasarkan data Bulog. Selain itu, pada tanggal 4 Oktober 2023, sekitar 27.000 ton beras impor dari Vietnam telah dibongkar, sebagai bagian dari impor beras yang direncanakan oleh Pemerintah sebanyak 2 juta ton pada tahun 2023.
Lebih lanjut, Whisnu menyebutkan bahwa Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) telah menetapkan Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) untuk berbagai wilayah, seperti zona A (Jawa, Lampung, Sumsel, Sulawesi, Bali, dan NTB) sebesar Rp 10.900, zona B (Kalimantan, NTT, Sumatera lainnya) sebesar Rp 11.500, dan zona C (Maluku, Malut, Papua, Papua Barat) sebesar Rp 11.800.
Selain itu, Whisnu juga memberikan informasi tentang harga rata-rata beras medium di tingkat konsumen akhir per tanggal 5 Oktober 2023, di mana zona A sebesar Rp 12.844 atau 15.14 persen di atas HET, zona B sebesar Rp 13.567 atau 15.24 persen di atas HET, dan zona C sebesar Rp 14.800 atau 20.27 persen di atas HET. Harga beras medium yang dijual di Pasar Induk Beras Cipinang (PIBC) mencapai Rp 11.117.
Whisnu juga menekankan bahwa Satgas Pangan Polri telah mengambil tindakan hukum terkait dengan komoditi beras. Sejak Januari hingga Oktober 2023, mereka telah memproses 10 Laporan Polisi (LP) dengan 10 tersangka yang berasal dari Banten, Bekasi, dan Jawa Barat. Saat ini, 8 LP telah mencapai tahap P21, sementara 2 LP masih dalam tahap penyelidikan. Pelaku-pelaku ini terlibat dalam praktik repacking dan pengoplosan beras.
