Walai.id, Nasional – Kementerian Perindustrian (Kemenperin) mengambil langkah signifikan dalam mendukung Program Peningkatan Penggunaan Produk Dalam Negeri (P3DN) dengan memperbarui dan mengembangkan proses sertifikasi Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) menjadi digital, Jakarta, Rabu 27/9/2023.
Hal ini adalah bagian dari upaya Kemenperin untuk mendukung penggunaan produk dalam negeri dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa oleh pemerintah.
Menurut Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, langkah ini menunjukkan komitmen kuat pemerintah untuk mendukung penggunaan produk dalam negeri di kalangan masyarakat. Program P3DN mengedepankan penggunaan produk dalam negeri dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah.
Dalam upaya untuk mempercepat proses sertifikasi TKDN, Kemenperin memanfaatkan digitalisasi. Proses yang sebelumnya memakan waktu lebih lama, kini bisa diselesaikan dalam waktu 22 hari kerja atau bahkan lebih cepat. Proses digital ini juga lebih akuntabel dan transparan, dengan semua proses yang dilakukan melalui sistem yang bisa dilacak.
Digitalisasi sertifikasi TKDN ini diharapkan akan membantu produk-produk industri dalam negeri mendapatkan sertifikasi TKDN dengan lebih cepat dan mudah, termasuk produk-produk dari industri kecil yang bisa mendapatkan sertifikasi secara gratis.
Menteri Perindustrian juga mengajak pelaku industri kecil untuk mendaftarkan produk mereka dalam Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional (SIINas) agar dapat tercatat sebagai produk dalam negeri. Semua produk dalam negeri yang terdaftar dalam SIINas dapat diakses melalui laman Referensi dalam website TKDN.
Selain itu, Kemenperin telah menunjuk lima Lembaga Verifikasi Independen (LVI) yang akan mempercepat proses penghitungan dan verifikasi TKDN. Langkah-langkah ini merupakan bagian dari upaya pemerintah untuk mendukung produk dalam negeri dan menjaga keberlangsungan program P3DN.
Menteri Perindustrian juga menegaskan bahwa pihaknya akan tegas terhadap pelanggaran terkait program P3DN dan mengajak semua pihak untuk mendukung percepatan penggunaan produk dalam negeri.
Dengan digitalisasi sertifikasi TKDN, diharapkan masyarakat bisa lebih mudah mengakses produk dalam negeri yang memiliki sertifikasi TKDN, dan program ini akan membawa manfaat besar bagi industri dalam negeri.
