Wapres Serahterimakan 102 Sertifikat Tanah kepada Masyarakat Papua

Walai.id, Jayapura – Wakil Presiden (Wapres) K.H. Ma’ruf Amin dengan penuh semangat menyerahkan 102 sertifikat tanah sebagai bagian dari program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) kepada warga Papua. Acara ini berlangsung di Youth Creative Hub (PYCH), Jl. Poros, Wahno, Kec. Abepura, Kota Jayapura, pada pagi Rabu, 11 Oktober 2023.

Dalam pidatonya, Wapres menekankan bahwa PTSL adalah program nasional yang telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2017 dengan tujuan mendaftarkan 126 juta bidang tanah pada tahun 2025.

“Penyerahan sertifikat tanah ini adalah bukti komitmen Pemerintah dalam percepatan pendaftaran tanah di seluruh Indonesia secara gratis. Sertifikat tanah adalah aset penting yang memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum kepada pemiliknya,” katanya.

Wapres juga memahami betapa berharganya tanah dalam budaya dan kehidupan masyarakat Papua, baik dari segi spiritual, sosiologis, antropologis, kebudayaan, maupun ekonomi. Tanah dianggap sebagai Ibu atau Mama yang memberikan kehidupan sosial bagi masyarakat Papua.

“Karena itu, agenda pertanahan adalah salah satu prioritas utama di Papua dan mendapat perhatian serius dari pemerintah. Ini tercermin dalam Instruksi Presiden mengenai Percepatan Pembangunan Kesejahteraan di Papua dan Papua Barat. Dalam semangat afirmasi, kami mendukung percepatan pelaksanaan reforma agraria yang mempertimbangkan konteks Papua,” jelas Wapres.

Selanjutnya, Wapres menyatakan bahwa sebagai bagian dari semangat pemberian otonomi khusus, pemerintah terus mendorong kepastian hukum hak atas tanah melalui sertifikasi hak atas tanah dan pendaftaran tanah adat/ulayat.

“Ini sesuai dengan hasil inventarisasi hukum adat dan tanah adat ulayat yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah melalui Peraturan Daerah Khusus (Perdasus) atau Peraturan Daerah Provinsi (Perdasi),” tambahnya.

Dalam acara tersebut, secara simbolis Wapres menyerahkan sertifikat tanah kepada sejumlah warga, termasuk Adhita Refan Leschaya dari Koya Barat, Basri dari Yobe, Evelin Margareth Doom dari Sanggaria, Pitorsina Awarawi dari Sanggaria, Roberth Dieudonne Wanggai dari Sanggaria, Netty Tiominar Siahaan dari Ifia-Fia, Daud Arose dari Ifia-Fia, Yazon Daka dari Kuipons, Yakob Daka dari Kuipons, dan Simon Petrus Daka dari Kuipons.
