Walai.id, Bandar Seri Begawan – Indonesia, melalui Kemendikbudristek, telah menyampaikan rekomendasi di forum klaster untuk memperkuat komunikasi dan kolaborasi di BIMP-EAGA.
Anang Ristano, selaku Chair of Social Culture and Education (SCE) Cluster, menyoroti kebutuhan komunikasi yang lebih kuat antara klaster untuk mendorong pengembangan inisiatif.
“Kelompok kerja pada klaster sosial budaya dan pendidikan membutuhkan komunikasi yang lebih kuat dengan kelompok kerja lain untuk mendorong pengembangan dan konvergensi inisiatif,” disampaikan Anang Ristanto dalam laporannya pada forum Senior Official Meeting (SOM) BIMP EAGA ke-31 di Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam, Selasa (24/10/2023).
Rekomendasi juga mencakup penyusunan strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program-program sosial budaya dan pendidikan, serta upaya identifikasi mitra potensial.
Selain itu, terdapat capaian program seperti Borneo Arts Festival dan persiapan Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards.
BIMP-EAGA adalah inisiatif kerja sama yang bertujuan mendorong pertumbuhan dan integrasi ekonomi di kawasan tersebut.
Delegasi Indonesia diwakili oleh Kementerian Koordinator bidang Perekonomian dalam pertemuan Tingkat Menteri ke-26 BIMP-EAGA.
