Walai.id, Nasional – Saat ini, tantangan ketidakpastian global mengakibatkan semua negara mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, Presiden Joko Widodo menekankan pentingnya memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dengan memanfaatkan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD), serta anggaran BUMN untuk membeli produk dalam negeri.
Demikian disampaikan Presiden Joko Widodo saat memberikan pengarahan kepada para menteri, kepala lembaga, kepala daerah, dan BUMN tentang Aksi Afirmasi Bangga Buatan Indonesia, yang digelar di Hotel Grand Hyatt, Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali, pada Jumat, 25 Maret 2022.
“Kita enggak usah muluk-muluk, dibelokkan 40 persen saja, 40 persen saja itu bisa memacu growth ekonomi kita, pertumbuhan ekonomi kita. Yang pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah bisa 1,71 persen, yang BUMN 0,4 persen. 1,5-1,7 (persen), BUMN-nya 0,4 (persen),” ucap Presiden.
Presiden menyebut bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi akan dengan mudah meningkat apabila konsisten untuk mengganti produk impor dengan membeli produk dalam negeri. Presiden mengatakan bahwa hal tersebut juga dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan yang lebih luas.
“Pekerjaan ada di sana, bukan di sini. Coba kita belokkan semuanya ke sini. Barangnya kita beli barang dalam negeri, berarti akan ada investasi, berarti membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Tadi sudah dihitung bisa membuka 2 juta lapangan pekerjaan,” tutur Kepala Negara.
Kepala Negara menegaskan kementerian/lembaga untuk berhenti impor barang-barang dari luar. Presiden menyebut, sebagian besar barang-barang tersebut telah diproduksi oleh industri dalam negeri.
“Ini kita ngerti enggak hal-hal seperti ini. Jangan-jangan kita semua enggak kerja detail, sehingga enggak ngerti bahwa yang dibeli itu barang impor. Buku tulis impor. Jangan ini diteruskan, stop. Sehingga melompat nanti kalau kita semuanya beli produk dalam negeri, meloncat pertumbuhan ekonomi kita,” ucapnya.
Presiden pun menargetkan hingga Mei 2022, anggaran sebesar Rp400 triliun dapat digunakan untuk pembelian barang dari dalam negeri. Selain itu, Presiden meminta Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) untuk menyediakan berbagai macam produk yang dibutuhkan oleh pemerintah dalam platform yang tersedia.
“Saya minta dan saya enggak mau ditawar-tawar lagi urusan yang Rp400 triliun di Mei. Segera juga dorong yang namanya UKM-UKM di daerah itu untuk masuk segera ke e-Katalog. Masukkan sebanyak-banyaknya,” tandas Presiden.
Turut hadir mendampingi Presiden dalam acara tersebut antara lain Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Menteri Sekretaris Negara Pratikno, Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Sandiaga Uno, Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Menteri Koperasi dan UKM Teten Masduki, dan Gubernur Bali Wayan Koster.
