Brigjen. Pol. Ahmad Ramadhan menegaskan pihaknya masih terus melakukan koordinasi lebih lanjut dengan stakeholder terkait dalam rangka tracing aset dari Doni Salmanan.
“Penyidik terus melakukan koordinasi dengan stakeholder atau instansi terkait untuk melakukan tracing aset milik tersangka,” jelas Karo Penmas.
Sebagai informasi, Doni Salmanan resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan penipuan investasi melalui platform Quotex. Ia dijerat dengan Pasal 45 A ayat 1 jo Pasal 28 ayat 1 UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan atas UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE dan/atau Pasal 3 dan Pasal 4 UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang TPPU dan dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara paling lama 20 tahun dan atau denda paling banyak Rp10 miliar.
