Walai.id, Maros – Anggota DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Andi Muhammad Irfan AB, menjadi narasumber pada kegiatan Musrembang Daerah di Kabupaten Maros, Kamis 24 Maret 2022.
Pada kesempatan itu, Irfan AB didaulat untuk menyampaikan pokok-pokok pikiran DPRD Sulsel, tujuannya untuk mengsingkronkan rencana arah pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Sulsel dan Kab. Maros.
“Pokok-pokok pikiran DPRD harus disingkronisasikan Kabupaten Daerah agar sesuai dengan visi, misi dan arah pembangunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan untuk Periode RPJMD 2018-2023”, papar Irfan AB.
Visi Sulawesi Selatan yakni “Sulawesi Selatan yang Inovatif, Produktif, Kompetitif, Inklusif, dan Berkarakter”.
Pokok-pokok pikiran Anggota DPRD merupakan aspirasi masyarakat yang dititipkan kepada anggota dewan agar diperjuangkan dipembahasan RAPBD.
Hal ini sesuai dengan pasal 55 huruf (a) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Peraturan Daerah, yang juga ditekan dalam Pasal 78 ayat (2) dan (3) Permendagri Nomor 86 Tahun 2017.
“Kami Anggota DPRD punya wewenang memberikan saran dan pendapat berupa pokok-pokok pikiran berdasarkan hasil reses/penjaringan aspirasi masyarakat sebagai masukan dalam perumusan kegiatan, lokasi kegiatan, dan kelompok sasaran yang selaras dengan pencapaian sasaran pembangunan yang telah ditetapkan dalam RPJMD”, lanjut Anggota DPRD Provinsi Sulsel Praksi PAN tersebut.
Anggota DPRD Sul-Sel perwakilan Maros telah mengusulkan lewat SIPD berjumlah sekitar 150 usulan yang tersebar di beberapa OPD khusus untuk pembangunan di Kabupaten Maros.
“Kami Anggota DPRD Sulsel perwakilan Kab. Maros telah memasukan kurang lebih 150 usulan khusus untuk pembangunan di Kab. Maros yang tersebar pada beberapa OPD”, ungkap Anggota Komis E DPRD Susel.
“Salah satunya kami telah meminta agar pemerintah Provinsi Sulsel membangun SMKN dibeberapa Kecamatan di Kab. Maros”, Tutup Irfan AB.
