Tokoh Pemuda Angkat Suara Terkait Kisruh Lahan KUD di Kec. Maros Baru

Walai.id, Maros – Yusran Hamzah (22), seorang pemuda Kec. Maros Baru, memberikan pernyataan tegas terkait masalah kisruh lahan KUD (Koperasi Unit Desa) di Kecamatan Maros Baru, Kabupaten Maros, Kamis 28/9/2023.

Lahan ini sebelumnya diidentifikasi sebagai aset negara dan terletak di Lingkungan Masembo, Kelurahan Baju Bodoa, Kecamatan Maros Baru.

Menurut informasi yang diperoleh, Yusran dan teman-temannya bersedia meninggalkan lokasi tersebut jika penggunaannya sesuai dengan tujuan awal KUD yang ada di bawah Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah, bukan untuk oknum yang sengaja ingin memanfaatkan KUD ini untuk menjadi kepemilikan pribadi.

Yusran, yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Karang Taruna Harapan Baju Bodoa, menyatakan, “Betul. Kami siap hengkang, dengan syarat KUD itu harus berfungsi sesuai dengan peruntukannya, tidak untuk hal yang lain.”

Selain itu, Yusran menegaskan bahwa mereka akan mengawal dengan ketat pemanfaatan lahan KUD ini demi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dia berharap agar lokasi KUD ini dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin.

“Iya, kami kawal sampai bermanfaat,” kata Yusran dengan tegas.

Rencananya, lahan KUD ini akan digunakan untuk pembangunan gedung rumput laut dan fasilitas pembuatan gula. 

Yusran berharap bahwa penggunaan yang tepat dari lahan ini akan membawa manfaat besar bagi masyarakat setempat.

“Bayangkan kalau itu digunakan dengan baik, pasti banyak juga masyarakat yang berdaya” Tutup Yusran.
